Mr Irving is very personable and explains what the recommended treatment involves what it will show if anything and ensures that you understand every step of the way . He makes you feel at ease even though some things can be quite embarrassing . I looked forward to my follow up appointment.

I recently had several urine infections and visited Mr Irving who examined me and used a camera. All was clear but subsequently I was back in hospital with low sodium levels. I had a minor nervous breakdown even more recently and was admitted to Hellsdon Hospital who referred me back to Norfolk and Norwich where I had more tests and I am now on a restricted liquid diet to adjust my sodium levels. I have now been released from Hellsdon hospital. Mr Irving had requested I fill in a liquid intake urine flow chart / form for three days. Unfortunately I have lost the form and if possible I would like another one and then I will happily fill it in and return it to the department of Urology. Not sure now how relevant the return of this form is now due to CV 19 crisis? Thanking you. Elizabeth Helen Monk NHS number 1427456

I as referred to Mr Irving via BUPA. The whole process from using Babylon 24/7 to referral to appointment was easy and reassuring. On the day of my consultation the reception staff who checked me in, the girls handling the sanitiser in these trying times, the nurses and Mr Irving were exemplary. I was put an ease and made to feel comfortable. I was referred on the day for an ultra sound, consultation at 10.30 ultra sound at 12 , full diagnosis and feedback by 12.30... thank you Annie for getting my ultra sound so quickly. To the guys who did my ultra sound , thank you for your clarity of communication and for the few humorous jokes that made me relax.

Mr Stuart Irving is very professional and explained all details to me . I would just like to add the Urology system at the N and N at Norwich is first class with top class staff in all departments . The only concern was back in September after the MRI it was a rather long time to receive the results . Which turned out to be kidney stones . That is a difficult situation to overcome because everyone deserves a holiday and fall to illness like everyone else . Influx of patients etc . Many thanks to all the staff who looked after me .
